A shitty set of CARs is still pretty damn good
[CARs stands for Controlled Articular Rotations, from the Functional Anatomy Seminars series founded by Dr. Andreo Spina, of which I’ve taken most courses starting in 2016 spending all my money and chasing them around the USA and Canada, where I learned a tremendous amount from tremendous humans.]
Reminder that you’ll reap a heap of good things if you move every joint around through any of its potential range of motion once or 2x a day. Everywhere you bend, move around.
Heck, even a couple of joints instead of all of ‘em is a lot better than most of our sickly, aging population has going for them.
If you want more specific ways to start, here’s this video I forgot I ever made I just found, where we’re just doing something called “capsule CARs” together:
I also have videos targeting every joint individually, full classes of isolated mobility training, bodywork education, and principles of joint health and mobility in my full membership you can join below, including getting a few sessions of personal coaching for joint health if you like.
