Should be a short one.
I love feeling. You know this. I don’t always love the feeling, but I know what is True:
The less I feel it through the longer it lasts.
So the pain, the distress, the panic, the ANYTHING will all last longer if I try to avoid, suppress, pretend, or otherwise look away from it.
On the flip side when it comes to happiness, joy, moving, care, whatever else I might want to hang out with for a longer while, feeling it through means feeling it more fully and letting it change me, for good.
