How do I implement permanent change around my triggers?
“I'll share something I constantly have room for growth around if you want homework ideas....it has been my experience that I can make a lot of progress in a lot of areas of my life but in the midst of conflict resolution, as soon as someone hits a nerve or triggers a past wound all new stuff goes out the window and I'm reacting again...how do you stop giving that power away and actually implement permanent change??”
