In one of the Carolyn Elliott books I have, I think it’s the older one about creativity, she describes morphic fields.
The basics of it are that you are held together by these fields, and you can shape your field. When your field matches other fields you tend to attract one another and benefit from inexplicable knowledge-sharing through the field.
She has a stunning meditation form around this where you use incremental loading to be nice to people, and ultimately yourself.
