I made two of these over the years, but this one is better in my opinion because it had two of my friends in it. I sold it for $100 and people loved it.
What IIII also love about it is that it incorporates a bunch of physical “languages” — and this is important because I believe if you’ve never tried and experienced certain ways to move, use your muscles or touch your body that you are operating on less education than you deserve. When you have experienced a broad spectrum of physical sensations and engagements, it means you can ask your body what it needs and get a better-quality response. Self-knowing more than self-care.
Breathwork, warming up, squeezing hard, analyzing your spine, and human touch and connection — woo!
The next time a little hankering for some physical movement that will make you feel better go and drop this in your queue, choose the parts you need and go for it.

I’ll share more of my mobility video cache here for y’all to move and enjoy yourselves and possibly troubleshoot what ails you as well. Enjoy!
You need: A belt, strap, or ribbon - just something to wrap around you, a pillow, a tennis ball (or other thing to grip - could be a hand towel) for gripping, optional hand towel or washcloth - for proprioception/to lie on comfortably
