Spirit Hacking
Find out RIGHT NOW what your personal connection to spirit is
When you subscribe to my newsletter now you get a link to a page with this welcome series I used to send out. In it I teach connection to a healthy mind, body, thoughts, and now, spiritual linking. Since most of you reading this subscribed before I wrote them, I’m going to share the spirit writing and exercises right now.
Spirit Hacking is the name of a book by Shaman Durek that I really recommend (click above to see). The man that taught me how to interact with spirits in a woodfired hot tub under the stars in Hawaii sent the book to me and I've continued to take classes from Shaman Durek through his online portals. Highly recommended though he’s not for everyone’s taste.
While I was introduced to spirits via my friend and Durek, I’ve since come up with my own versions of how to introduce you in a clean and practical way.
I'm going to leave you with shortened versions of a few exercises I put into my course The Supportive Mind.
This should be a short introduction into the ethereal world that I know with complete certainty is available to every human.
Get a pen and paper and write down what you find.
This will help bridge the gap between your conscious doubting mind and the world you're just learning to tap into here that offers support, guidance, and a predictable sense of grounding.
Ready?
Here we go.
Exercise 1: Colors
Close your eyes and imagine yourself being washed in white light, then make the light disappear, then bring it back again.
Write down anything you feel, notice, see, or hear while doing this.
Now, try with at least three other colors and write down what you feel, notice, see, or hear with each of those.
The things you observe will show you how these can be incorporated into your toolbox right now.
I use white light as "The Light" in most of my sessions with people.
I'm loathe to influence you too much because you should expect your own individual findings, but some of the things people have found include these examples, for one amazing client:
White felt bright & cleansing
Red felt subdued -> like recovery
Green felt like growth
How was that?
Ready for Exercise 2?
OK! (Cue anime-style enthusiasm here)
Note: Before doing further exercises, make sure you wash yourself in white light first. This is potentially a little paranoid on my part. But just do it, and if at any time you feel scared, do it again. Not that anything scary is expected to happen, seriously. Just sometimes people aren't used to this stuff.
Exercise 2:
Meeting your guides, ancestors, and God
Remember to pay attention, pause, and write down what you notice/see/hear/& feel after each question that you ask, even if it's subtle.
1. Say, "Hello Guides."
2. "What do you do for me?"
3. "How would you like to help me?"
Next:
1. Say, "Hello Ancestors."
2. "What do you do for me?"
3. "How would you like to help me?"
Finally:
1. Say, "Hello God."
2. "What do you do for me?"
3. "How would you like to help me?"
One person’s experience:
“I said hello ancestors, and I immediately felt like there was a half circle of people in front of me.
And whenever I try to talk to them, it’s a visual representation of the feeling of a hand on my knee, or on my arm or hand, going up to lift my chin the way that a mother would lift their child’s chin up.
They are so loving with a “duh!” laughing kind of energy. Again, I wonder if it’s all in my head. But it feels nice.”
-Lisa R., Apex, NC
The doubt that Lisa expressed is super super common. It’s a little rude to doubt spirit, lol, but understandable with all the pressure there is not to believe. Try the exercises again if you want confirmation, or go on and ask your own questions.
If you want more help, book an online session with me.
There's much more in the full course, but this is the practical, individual stuff I would want to receive in a newsletter about how to get in touch with a sense of spirituality, so here ya go.
I'd love to hear what you got.
If you want the full course click here for details and purchase at 50% OFF for the rest of March for all online courses, as well as 50% off 3-day immersions.

Ah! Having the ability to add on in comments is too good!
If you liked this, take 5 min each day and set it aside to have a conversation with whatever aspect you found most drawn to: guides, ancestors, or God. Sit down with a journal and write and receive answers to your questions for 5 minutes. Do this in the morning or evening before bed. To be more likely to do it, link it to another thing you have regularly scheduled like before or after brushing your teeth or going to or getting out of bed. Also set yourself up with a container by committing to a certain number of days only then reevaluate.
This will increase your connection and ability to discern answers over time.
