I’ve spoken on here before (in this free post) on how much I’ve benefitted, and do still benefit, from social media.
Besides that, I have no desire to simultaneously scroll on social media and say how dumb I am to myself for scrolling social media, or how I hate it as I’m using it. I don’t think it ever does us any good to trash talk the things we are consciously doing.
Scrolling is really fun.
But from time to time it behooves me, you, us to take a step back and reevaluate how consciously we’re doing a thing at all.
Whether it’s the random snacking that gets away from us, scrolling social a bit long, or that ex you keep getting back with, I wanna re-share the legitimate fastest ways to inject some new awareness into whatever the fuck you and I are doing on repeat.
